The Azafran project is the result of extensive experience in the restaurant and catering sector, but above all, a passion for cooking. An experience and a passion that we reflect in each of our services, and that we also like to transmit to all those who share our same passion, by offering thematic courses on all types of cuisine: Moroccan, international, pastry ... Our main goal is to transmit the most important bases of information to treat each food as well as possible, and to master the techniques and the essential elaborations for each type of cuisine, thus allowing the creativity of each student to present itself, but also to share recipes and techniques for developing menus, step-by-step.

At the moment we do not have a fixed course schedule, but we can organize sessions according to your interests, both in the spaces of the restaurant itself or at your home, individually or in groups, and even online.
