The Azafran restaurant is part of a very special project: the Bouregreg Med-O-Med Gardening School, located in Salé, and comprised of more than 8 hectares of land dedicated to green spaces, plant reproduction, and the training of young men and women threatened with social exclusion, accompanied by a bioclimatic construction located on the banks of the Bouregreg.
