The Azafran restaurant is integrated into the gardens of the Bouregreg Gardening School, in a bioclimatic building built in adobe, which has taken into account the utmost respect and care for the surrounding environment in every detail.
This concept is transferred to our restaurant, where our principle is to offer environmentally friendly cuisine, using seasonal products from nearby local producers, recovering both the most traditional dishes of Moroccan cuisine, as well as the international influence and creativity of our chef.
Because of this, our menu changes frequently, depending on which top-quality products we find in our local markets, combined with the know-how of our chef, as well as the tastes or preferences of our customers.
